In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced engineers and technicians, using industry-standard tools and software to keep our facility running at peak efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent breakdowns.
• Work with electrical and instrumentation teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of mechanical systems.
• Monitor and maintain safety protocols and standards in the workplace.
• Use industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) systems, to document and track maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plant maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, and motors.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and EAM systems.
• Certification in relevant safety standards, such as OSHA or equivalent, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
