📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and optimize lithium battery systems, including cell selection, module configuration, and thermal management.
• Conduct simulations and analyses using tools like MATLAB/Simulink and ANSYS to ensure battery performance and safety.
• Develop and implement test protocols for battery validation and certification.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate battery systems into overall electrical architectures.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in battery technology and industry standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Participate in project reviews and provide technical input to project managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in battery design and electrical systems engineering.
• Proficiency in battery simulation tools like MATLAB/Simulink and ANSYS.
• Strong understanding of battery chemistry, thermal management, and safety standards.
• Experience with battery management systems (BMS) and power electronics.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 12405 and IEC 62660.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
