📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow, Spark, and Kafka.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data availability, quality, and integrity.
• Optimize data processing workflows to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our data engineering standards.
• Work closely with product teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in Python, SQL, and big data technologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Certifications in data engineering or related fields are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
