Inventory Control Specialist - Warehouse Management (Cibitung, Jawa Barat)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily inventory counts and reconciliations using SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor stock levels and generate reports to support data-driven decision making.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Implement and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and stockouts.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory control practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
• Certification in SAP or Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
