In this role, you'll be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service. You'll work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash drawer
• Assist in opening and closing the restaurant, including restocking supplies and cleaning
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
• Valid food handling certificate
