📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle all customer inquiries and complaints related to air freight export operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our global clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure seamless air freight operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in air freight.
• Use SAP and IATA systems to manage and track air freight operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Provide training and support to new hires in the air freight export department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in air freight export operations or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of air freight regulations, procedures, and industry standards.
• Proficient in using SAP and IATA systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
