📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers during the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Assist in the development of technical proposals and presentations.
  • Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ensure customers achieve successful implementations and ongoing satisfaction with Cloudflare products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and customer success processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical sales or customer success role.
  • Strong understanding of Cloudflare products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and customer success.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
