📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the studio's daily operations, including class scheduling, student enrollment, and instructor coordination.
• Ensure the smooth running of studio activities, including maintenance, cleanliness, and equipment management.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance studio efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze studio performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with instructors to ensure high-quality dance instruction and student engagement.
• Manage studio finances, including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a creative or educational environment.
• Proven track record of managing teams and operations in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
