As a Finance & Accounting Officer, you'll be responsible for managing the school's financial records, preparing monthly financial reports, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian financial regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the school's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Work with the school's leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the school's mission and goals.
• Coordinate with external auditors and accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of the school's annual budget and financial projections.
• Provide financial advice and support to school administrators and faculty.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in an educational institution or a similar organization.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
