- Manage and maintain the staff accommodation facilities, ensuring cleanliness and comfort.
- Prepare and serve authentic Chinese cuisine using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes.
- Plan and organize daily meals, considering dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Supervise and assist staff members with household tasks and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and accommodation areas.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and supportive work environment.
- Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to hygiene standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Proven culinary skills with a strong background in Chinese cuisine.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid food handler's certificate.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
