📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and banking partners to promote and sell insurance products.
- Provide personalized insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in insurance and financial services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, banking, or insurance.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of insurance products and financial services is a plus.
