📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our in-house Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of laundry services to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly service targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, fostering a positive and loyal customer base.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in the laundry or hospitality industry.
