📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and maintain the HRIS using SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Ensure the HRIS aligns with the company's strategic goals and improves operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the HR team to gather requirements and implement HRIS solutions.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights that drive HR decision-making.
• Manage and monitor the HRIS to ensure data accuracy and system performance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate HRIS with other systems and ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of the HRIS.
• Stay updated with the latest HRIS trends and best practices to continuously improve the system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Certifications in HRIS, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM Cloud, are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS tools and software, including SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
