Care Philippines is seeking a highly experienced Senior Risk & Compliance Officer to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring our operations adhere to the highest standards of risk management and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk assessment, internal controls, and regulatory compliance, with a proven track record in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and address compliance issues.,Monitor and report on key risk indicators and compliance metrics.,Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management and compliance best practices.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and maintain a robust compliance program.,Ensure all business activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.,Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and incidents.,Maintain and update the organization's risk and compliance policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management and compliance, preferably in a corporate or financial environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations relevant to the organization's operations.,Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management and compliance programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Certifications in risk management, internal audit, or a related field are a plus.
