📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Support the company's growth by attracting and retaining top talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
