People Profilers is seeking a talented Priority Banking Relationship Manager to join our team in Jakarta Raya. This is an offshore position based in Singapore, offering a unique opportunity to work with a global team while contributing to our banking services.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key banking clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our banking team to drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key banking clients.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure client needs are met and exceeded through excellent service and support.
  • Work closely with the banking team to develop and implement client strategies.
  • Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or a related field.
  • Proven track record in relationship management and client service.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian banking market is a plus.
