📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver management.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all vehicles and drivers.,Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and negotiate with fuel suppliers.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of vehicles.,Manage and train a team of fleet coordinators and drivers.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a fleet of vehicles and ensuring compliance with regulations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
