Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen,Ensure the quality and safety of all food prepared,Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards,Manage and train junior cooks,Ensure all food and beverage supplies are adequately stocked,Prepare and maintain food cost control systems,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cook in a professional kitchen,Proven experience in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,Ability to manage and train staff,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of food cost control and inventory management
