CV Cakrawala Mitra is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Brand Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for representing our brand and driving customer engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our brand values and be able to effectively communicate these to our customers. This is a full-time position located in Tangerang, Banten.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Represent the brand and its values to customers and stakeholders.,Develop and implement brand ambassador programs to drive customer engagement and loyalty.,Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.,Organize and participate in brand-related events and promotions.,Provide training and support to junior brand ambassadors.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute brand strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of brand values, mission, and vision.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
