ARENA Corporindo is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Blitar. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds: the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to collaborate in person. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with auditing standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accountant role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
