📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Administer and manage payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company policies.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit plans.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
• Collaborate with the US-based headquarters to ensure consistency in HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR and payroll management.
• Proven experience in managing payroll using ADP Workforce Now or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
