📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, discipline, and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
