📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular field assessments to monitor the health and productivity of plantations.
• Analyze data using specialized software such as GIS and forestry management tools.
• Develop and implement forestry management plans to ensure sustainable practices.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and address issues related to forest health and productivity.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field teams on best practices.
• Participate in training and development programs for staff.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in forestry management, particularly in Industrial Plantation Forests (HTI).
• Certification in forestry management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using GIS and forestry management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian forestry regulations and sustainability standards.
