📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the branch and to increase sales.,Monitor the financial performance of the branch, ensuring that all financial targets are met.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the branch is operating in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Attend regular meetings with the regional manager and other stakeholders, to discuss the performance of the branch and to develop strategies for future growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the retail or wholesale industry, and a good understanding of the market in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
