📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate HR-related activities such as training, performance reviews, and employee relations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee grievances and conflicts.,Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
