📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Valid CPNS or similar certification is a plus.
