📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with developers and engineers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that helps users understand and use our products effectively.,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency and clarity.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of user manuals, tutorials, and other technical resources.,Provide training and support to internal teams on technical writing best practices.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a clear and concise writing style.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
