📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure quality standards are met.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.,Develop and implement quality control procedures.,Train and mentor team members on quality standards.,Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.,Manage inventory and ensure materials are available for production.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.,Experience with Carbon Kevlar or similar materials is a plus.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Willingness to travel for business purposes.
