GLEAM Lestari is seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing structures to ensure they meet safety and performance standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a passion for creating innovative and sustainable designs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural components and systems to meet project requirements and industry standards.,Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports for construction and client review.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with design specifications.,Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to integrate structural designs with overall project goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in structural engineering.,Mentor and train junior engineers and support team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on residential or commercial projects.,Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of building codes and standards, including UBC, IBC, or other relevant codes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
