📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and supervise a team of dental professionals, including dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants.,Ensure compliance with all dental and health regulations and standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service.,Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for patients and staff.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and manage clinic finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene, Dental Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a dental clinic or related healthcare setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with patients, staff, and other professionals.,Proficiency in dental software and technology.,Knowledge of dental procedures and protocols.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, with English as a plus.
