Life Store Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Field Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth in the Gunung Kidul region. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Train and develop sales representatives to improve their performance.,Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
