📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement account management strategies to enhance client relationships and drive sales growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance, opportunities, and challenges.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns to retain and grow client accounts.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services to clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role in a sales or customer service environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key client relationships.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges in client accounts.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with the industry and market trends is a plus.
