📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, performance, and training to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability of the branch.,Represent the company at local events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
