📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain embossing/debossing machines to ensure high-quality production.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Ensure that all materials are properly prepared and loaded onto the machines.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure machine longevity.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Work with other team members to ensure smooth production processes.
- Keep accurate records of production and machine maintenance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Embossing/Debossing Machine Operator or similar role.
- Knowledge of embossing/debossing machines and related equipment.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid certification in embossing/debossing machine operation is a plus.
