In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the General Affairs department in managing various administrative and operational aspects of the company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of office administration, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records.,Support the General Affairs department in organizing and managing company events, both internally and externally.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of newsletters, company communications, and other internal documents.,Help in the coordination of office supplies, facilities, and equipment maintenance.,Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.,Assist in the management of employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Help in the organization and execution of training programs and workshops.,Support the General Affairs department in any other tasks as may be assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administrative Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or administrative environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HRIS and other administrative software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
